By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
All commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance.I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable or does not fit my artistic style.Prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, or additional details.Work will not begin until payment has been received.REVISIONS
You may request up to 2 revisions during the sketch phase only.Once the sketch is approved and I move on to lineart or do screentone , no major changes will be accepted.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Typical turnaround time is 5-10 days, depending on complexity and my current workload.
If not explicitly discussed, commissions are not rushed to meet a deadline.
In case of any delays, I'll inform you as soon as possible.Commissions with multiple characters or detailed backgrounds may take longer.I will update you during the sketch and lineart, if you want.USE
The following usage rights are included:- Use on social media platforms (X, Instagram, etc.) for unlimited time
- Use on streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) for unlimited timeAdditional conditions:- You may post or share the finished artwork with proper credit.
- Do not remove my signature or claim the artwork as your own.
- Commercial use (merchandise, prints, promotional use, etc.) must be discussed beforehand and requires an additional fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full ownership and copyright of the artwork, including the right to post, promote, stream, and display it in my portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed.
The client retains full rights to their original characters, but not to the commissioned artwork itself.The artwork may NOT be:- Used for NFTs
- Used for AI training
- Sold, reproduced, or distributed commercially without explicit written permission and a purchased commercial license.The client may not alter the artwork in any way.
The client may not profit from the artwork, unless otherwise agreed.REFUNDS
No refunds are available once work on the commission has begun.COMMUNICATION
All communication will take place via email.
